Sitting on a plane on my way to Stockholm as I write this. It has made me reflect on how deeply we change through grief and how restricting it can be.

This is a statement that I’ve heard so often. I have tried to figure this out so many times but of course there is no formula. How do we take that first step in all the confusion and darkness?

What is the difference between therapy and coaching?
Therapy primarily focuses on understanding and healing past emotional and psychological issues. It addresses mental health conditions, trauma and unresolved conflicts. My coaching addresses and acknowledges past hurts,issues or beliefs to then find ways to find peace, happiness, healing and a new sense of purpose. Coaching is forward moving toward the goals that you are desiring. With small action steps and a gentle approach you will work towards your own goals.
What can I expect in the coaching sessions?
We will discuss your expectations, goals and hopes for the future and craft your journey to suit you and your needs. There is no topic too big or too small, the sessions are a safe, confidential, non judgmental space to explore any emotions.
What if I don’t know what my goals are?
That’s absolutely no problems at all as we will explore and find your dreams, however big or small. Even if you feel that you might start in one direction towards one outcome you are always able to change direction and outcomes. We will work together to allow your future unfold the way you are hoping for
