We not only find where the particular belief stems from, we then ”heal” the memory and code in new positive beliefs.

We are using elements of psychology, NLP(neuro-linguistic programming), CBT (cognitive behavioural therapy), EFT( emotion focused therapy), emotion threading, kinesiology and energy healing within a Belief Coding®️ session. This is nothing like talking therapy as we do not need to know specifics or talk about the “problem “ in detail. Healing does not have to take a long time or be a painful process. Belief Coding®️ goes straight to the root of the issue so we can “heal”the memory within the session.

Belief Coding®️ is now science backed and we know that the “new” beliefs are stored in the long term memory.A belief can be healed in one session, which is so exciting as it goes straight to where the work needs to be done.

A session is so very gentle and yet so effective. Personally I have never experienced anything so fast moving and life changing in such a short space of time. My life totally changed, I now feel that I got myself and my life back.

What is the difference between therapy and coaching?

Therapy primarily focuses on understanding and healing past emotional and psychological issues. It addresses mental health conditions, trauma and unresolved conflicts. My coaching addresses and acknowledges past hurts,issues or beliefs to then find ways to find peace, happiness, healing and a new sense of purpose. Coaching is forward moving toward the goals that you are desiring. With small action steps and a gentle approach you will work towards your own goals.

What can I expect in the coaching sessions?

We will discuss your expectations, goals and hopes for the future and craft your journey to suit you and your needs. There is no topic too big or too small, the sessions are a safe, confidential, non judgmental space to explore any emotions.

What if I don’t know what my goals are?

That’s  absolutely no problems at all as we will explore and find your dreams, however big or small. Even if you feel that you might start in one direction towards one outcome you are always able to change direction and outcomes. We will work together to allow your future unfold the way you are hoping for
